2. Working Principle

The process of milling cereals is divided into two parts, namely peeling and grinding into flour. The first step is to hull, peel, and mill grain to pellets, coarse cereals for milling are such as wheat, barley, oats, buckwheat, and sorghum etc, and millet to form a finished grain. The second step is to remove the grains and germs from the coarse grains and grind them into finished flour. Milling does not rely on a single milling machine to complete all the procedures. The coarse cereals must first be cleaned by a primary drum sieve and a grain cleaning machine, and then reciprocated by a reciprocating vibrating screen, a high-speed vibrating screen, a specific gravity stone removing machine, and a magnetic separator. After removing all kinds of impurities, enter the wheat washing machine or moisturizing machine. The cleaned net wheat is then removed by magnetic separation equipment to remove magnetic impurities and then ground into a mill. The flour is extracted through a flat sieve, and the intermediate material is ground into another flour mill. The flour is extracted repeatedly, and the bran is then extracted. The skin is discharged through a bran brushing machine and a circular sieve. When making first-class or first-class flour, a powder cleaner is also used to separate pure and relatively pure endosperm particles from the intermediate materials discharged from the mill and sieve, and further grind them into first-class and first-class wheat flour.
