Mask body machine

Ultrasonic mask body machine, also known as mask flaker, is used for automatic production of multi-layer flat mask products, can use 1-4 layers of PP spunbonded non-woven fabric Activated carbon and filter materials, the whole machine from raw material feeding to nose line insertion, edge sealing, cutting finished products are all one line automatic operation, according to the different raw materials used, it can reach different standards such as N95, FFP2, etc. The flat mask production equipment has stable performance, high output, low defect rate and easy operation. In addition to several inner ear belt mask machines, outer ear belt mask machines, bandage type mask machines or ear belt spot welding machines, various kinds of masks can be produced, such as inner ear belt masks, outer ear belt masks, bandage masks, etc.
